Kitchen, family room and master bath
Creation of open, airy kitchen with functional features for an experienced cook. Renovation cohesively integrates family room and kitchen into a comfortable, open area for both cooking and entertaining, including raising 8-foot ceilings to a well-lit, vaulted ceiling. Sheila's design took a dark and cumbersome space and transformed it into a welcoming, beautiful environment. Take note of the island as an artistic feature.

Custom storage for a custom cook
A dream kitchen for a passionate cook. This outdated kitchen was transformed into a functional space by first witnessing the client's process in her own kitchen in order to identify key elements to improve upon. Storage, access, and low maintenance were paramount.

1970s Bathroom Update/Renovation
This once avocado green 1970s bathroom was brought into the 21st century by incorporating an elegant, marble-like low-maintenance porcelain tile. Custom wainscoting panelization was designed to create a traditional, but updated look.

Bedroom and Bathroom Renovation
A change in paint color and a new rug were all this bedroom needed to coordinate with the newly renovated en suite bathroom. The once claustrophobic bathroom is now a bright, spa-like retreat.

Outdoor Sculpture Design
The Silent Bell is a free-standing, custom sculpture designed by Sheila and fabricated by Iron Touch and Falls Art Foundry, with close, hand-on involvement by Sheila. The Silent Bell completes the ambiance of a large stone patio and acts as an homage to Frank Lloyd Wright and their Arts and Crafts home.

Iron Railing Design
Incorporating this custom iron railing embraced the existing design of an A-frame, wood-paneled family room to create the feeling of an adult treehouse.
